My husband and I were looking for a good place to have some good beer & food. I googled searched places near me. This popped up. Driving by it looks like a little hole in the wall place but I’m telling you DO NOT PASS BY IT. Stop and have a beer & food you will not be disappointed. We got Wasabi ginger wings, yucca fries with tamarind sauce & grilled corn with herb butter. For dessert we tried their habanero honey ice cream - wowza! All of it was hot & delicious. Best wings I have ever had! Beer selection was great - they offer such a variety & they really know what they’re doing when it comes to making tasty beers. We will be back!

The lamb burger was phenomenal and the Minnewaska Trail really hit the spot. Highly recommend!

Awesome place, highly recommended! Great vibes and even better service. 9/10 times the food is delicious - definitely the wings and burgers. They also keep the menu interesting by changing up the dishes and adding new items. The pad Thai could use some work though. 10/10 times beer is on point.

My friends and I were staying nearby by at Soyuzivka for the weekend and Rough Cut was recommended to us so we decided to stop by for dinner one evening. We ordered all kinds of different things from the (from our understanding) reduced menu and shared everything - and it was all so delicious! The beer, we unanimously agreed, was also amazing. The outdoor seating is wonderful, if you can find a table. Otherwise, order for pick up and get together for a picnic because the food is just that good! We loved it all so much we came back for lunch the next day. Don’t miss out on the ice cream for dessert, and my personal fave was the buffalo cauliflower.

This is obviously one of the tastiest place to eat in the region. Whenever I visit this place I am incredibly satisfied. They always keep their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they give. You surely will enjoy this this place. Warmly recommended.
