Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady

All entrances are closed except one. You must walk extra to get in. Capable of 24/7, and they close at 11pm. No cocktail service at tables or slots, poker room is closed. Only place to eat is just fried foods. Can't take off mask while sitting at a slot. Can't walk around with drinks.

Hotel stay was great! The lack of a shower door or curtain was somewhat confusing but we figured something out.nWife left clothing in the room and noticed when we returned home, when I was able to travel back for it the hotel was closed but an awesome security assistant named Zach found it for us regardless. Could have just said come back next week but they went the extra mile!nCasino is well, a casino. You win some you lose someud83dude01

I go to Rivers mainly for Blackjack, dealers are always friendly. Very clean place. Never an issue and if I do have an issue it’s easily rectified. I did forget to ask if they are allowing any drinks at the tables? Ie: water or coffee. Thank you!

Very friendly place, staff are nice, dealers are nice. Nice atmosphere.nExtremely clean. The restrooms are very clean.nThe slot machines I noticed that they try to clean in between each player.

First time there and I was disappointed that I wasn't allowed to drink at the machines. oh and you have to drink at the bar and order food too. It just goes together. I did have fun and did win. I do like it there. The staff was very nice and it was very clean. I will go back someday. I hope they change the drinking thing.
