Ordered dinner for my wife and little sisternI ordered the steak medium with mash potatoes and broccolinMy steak with well done and hard I wouldn’t even feed that to my dognAnd all of our mash potatoes orders were straight up WATERY!!! literally I couldn’t be anymore clear on how bad the mash was it was like a super watery oatmeal with no flavornMy wife’s grilled chicken was over cooked with no flavor and was drynMy sisters order which was the 4 cheese pasta was the only good order out of 4 orders of foodnNot here to over exaggerate or just make a bad review here to make a statement so management can see so my horrible experience doesn’t happen to any other familynPlease double check order quality before sending it out for me to pick it up.nAs a man who worked a 12 hour shift excited to come home and enjoy a nice steak and shrimp dinner, you can understand how irate this made me. Thank you

Wait staff (Arthur) provided courteous effective service. Appetizers were flavorful and fresh. Rest rooms were clean. Staff wore masks. Hand sanitizer was also available. U can use QR CODES AND no need to touch menu.

Went for lunch always get Fiesta Lime Chicken great choice. Was seated at a booth with no utensils. After placing my order I also ordered appetizer and soup. Waiting for the food three other adults were placed at a table close by us not 6 feet apart. So discreetly I asked the waiter to have a moved because I did not feel comfortable considering what’s going on today. I get seated at the other table with our main meal still no soup no appetizer and my raspberry lemonade tasted like water. I asked for the manager a female manager comes over to us and apologizes. She said she’ll take care of it still waiting no drink when I told her she could just bring me water I then had to call a manager again another manager comes out says he’ll take care of it I told him to take the soup off the list because I still haven’t gotten any soup and already ate my meal the meal was delicious as always. He says he’s taking care of it he did take care of it cut the bill probably in half and I had to have my drinks taken to go. Not the best experience. Was not very pleasant to have to call two managers to have the issue addressed really sad during these days and there wasn’t even enough people for them to have this issue going on. Very disappointed in Schenectady.
