Bringing up the menu on my phone was a new thing for me today. Kind of cool. Kind of different. Overall the experience was positive. I would like to see the business have more customers. The only thing that kept us from a five-star review was the waitress. She did a pretty good job, but there were times when she set things on the table that was a little bit off to me (attitude). Maybe she was having a bad day.
I don't love having to ask for a menu. The scannable menu is a good idea, but they need to ask which you prefer when they seat you. The service was good. (Our previous visit near the beginning of October we had a young blond waitress who was AWESOME! Super interactive and fun, never seemed bothered by anything we asked. She even remembered us from previous visit, and came over to say hi, even though she wasn't our waitress this time.) I love the half off appetizers after 9pm. The food was hot & good. I do have to say they were NOT correctly social distancing. They seated us next to another table with only 3-4 feet apart. The other group was done eating and probably left within 5 minutes, but 5 min or an hour, you are still sharing space.
Food was great , nice people there.
Great service! Steak was cooked perfectly with a special offer of shrimp on the side. It was a great side order of garlic green beans and I got my salad early there was no waiting. Very prompt service a really good experience.
I ordered a Delivery order, a couple things were missing. I called right away and I spoke to a very helpful employee he was super nice and tried his best to get everything resolved. He refunded and added some dessert for the inconvenience and sent the food! Honestly amazing customer service.
