I love this place more then I love my life

The take out service is always absolutely horrible. I’m sorry but someone has to say it, I am always told my food will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes but always takes much much longer. Today I am the first customer to arrive and I have been waiting for 40 minutes, no one else is here so why should I have to wait 40 minutes for food I already paid for? Something has to be done, not only do I wait 40 minutes for my food but like I expected they forget things in my order.

The manager called me after I wrote the below comment. He made everything a great experience for me. I am able to receive the same meal I ordered for credit due to the long wait time. The manager, Corey, was very friendly and professional. I cannot wait till my next visit. I know that it will be better than the previous. Despite my experience that night, it is not about how the it started but how the business finishes. I am very pleased over with B-Dubs! I’m glad they corrected the matter and that they take their customer’s opinion seriously. Definitely 5 stars in my book.nnThe services is poor. I was told that my food would be ready in 15 minutes. I have been waiting for a little over 45 minutes. The food is still not ready. We came in a few minutes pass the time they stopped seating, and they refused to sit us. For all this waiting I was better off eating somewhere else. This was not worth a trip across the bridge. Service is very slow, and the wait time is way to high for wings and fries. I am very disappointed in B-Dubs.

I've only done order out from here, but the atmosphere seems nice. Is a neat establishment with a nice setup and great food.

I ordered from here yesterday(2/7/21) on line at 5:30(30 wings & two large fries). Said my order would be ready at 6:30. I get there at 6:30 and everyone's waiting for their order. Finally was told they were working on my order(understandable is was Superbowl Sunday). Finally a person comes withfood(didn't even call my name but called someone else name and put my bag on the table). I take it upon myself to see if that's my order(7:02). See my name take the bag..get home and to my disappointment wings were over cooked..hard and barely any sauce on them. Fries hard as a rock with too much salt. What a waste of $49.60! Won't be attending there anytime again soon...I have now come back to change my rating... being that the above matter has been taken care of in an polite manner. And i will now state that my return was met with great hospitality... And great food and services. Thanks for correcting your mistake in this manner.
