My family and I have always loved this place. We were there two weeks ago; and the hospitality and warmth in the air hasn’t changed one bit. Making plans to go again in about a week.

Shut off our game before the last player could bowl the last frame and apparently couldn’t turn it back on....BUT then magically we were able to bowl when we purchased a new game. Spoiler alert....when last player was up at last frame....it was turned off AGAIN before completing the game....they weren’t able to turn it ON because it was already off

Nasty people. Go somewhere else.

Wish we could leave zero stars. Staff is very rude .They wouldn't give us any money back or a free game after their system malfunctioned and ruined our first 2 games. They kept blaming it on a glitch and then proceeded to get nasty and rude with us. Saying we can leave if we keep complaining. Will not be returning.
