I knew what I was looking. I wanted a pair of Brooks addiction. The associate was a young man. He was attentive and pleasant. Two other customers came in, I am assuming to purchase shoes. I never heard the associate speak to the other customers that came in. Although the other two customers could see he was helping me, I thought he should have acknowledged them. Like say I’ll be with you as soon as I am done with her.nOtherwise my experience with the store was good.
Very good staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Great place to go.
Not very good service. I waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me. No one even acknowledged I was there. I finally just left. I then drove to B&H shoe store. Super nice store and really helpful folks working there. It’s my new favorite Somerset store.
They had everything I was looking for. Recommend them to anybody looking for a new pair of shoes!!
