Aweful, no customer service once you buy it its your problem, never again.
Best boots on the planet....I have been wearing these boots for about 25 years...I wear them year round ..one pair will last me easily a couple of years....the comfort factor is superior once they are broken in...water proof and all leather exterior.....I have tried other boots but nothing comes close....the owners will help you pick the right size for you.. widths and lengths... Thanks...
I went here and bought a pair of redwing boots for my husband. They didn’t last 4 months. Come to find out, they are private owned and don’t stand behind anything they sell. They would not even give me a box to mail them back to the factory. I had my receipt but the people that run it didn’t care. They don’t have to stand behind anything since there privately owned. I will never shop there again. Rude!! Rude!! Rude!! Wait till you have a problem. You’ll see what I’m talking about.
