Good service and willing to help. Not many places willing to trade and take in animals the way he operates. Really enjoy doing business with Tim.
When I went in to see what kind of animal's he had; it was Extremely dirty. the fish tanks and aquatic animal tanks had algae a 1/2 thick on top of the water and all in the tanks, the reptiles looked very small (like they weren't fed or given the right nutrients, and as far as I could tell there was no heating pads for the reptiles. It was actually very uncomfortable to see the poor animals there and worries me that if someone was to buy them they would die or get sick shortly after being adopted.
The guy is nice, but the animals are kept in cages that are WAY too small and extremely dirty as well. The smell didn’t bother me because it’s a pet store, it is going to smell like pets. But, the animals should be taken care of better in my opinion
The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude! I asked if they sold fish and he hung up on me!! He didn't even answer me, so I called back thinking I might of dialed the wrong number. They didn't even pick up the phone when I called back. All I wanted was a pet fish!
It was cool I didn't care about the smell it's an animal place so its good i highly recommend it
