TGI Fridays

The experience was nice. We had a new server who was extremely overwhelmed and we felt so bad for him. It took a long time to get food and we finally asked another great server to bring us our food that was sitting in the window. The food was incorrect. Had to get our own silverware and waited on drinks forever. With the amount of traffic inside this TGIF they need better training or more help.

We had a fantastic meal, our server was amazing and great with the kids! The manager was wonderful and the food was awesome. Can't wait to go back!

TGI Fridays is not as great as it used to be. I wanted to bring my boyfriend for our date night because I used to love this place! We went on a Wednesday night at 4:45pm. They seated us and it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. There was maybe 20 people in the whole restaurant. It was not packed at all. We ordered our food and it took and hour and 20 minutes for our food to get to our table. We got out food after 6pm. We had to have the waitress box it up for us because we didn't have time to eat after our hour and 20 minute wait. We had other things to do. I've never had to wait that long for food before at any restaurant even when they are packed. It was very disappointing. The food was mediocre not the best which is sad because their food was amazing at one point in time. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Eat here often. The ribs are out of this world amazing. Service friendly and for the most part on point. Stop and enjoy!

Waited longer than told to eat here. Then waited for server. Finally got our drinks and waited longer for our food. Apitzer came out with our meal. It was loud and the staff pretty much ignored us. If you have a solid 1.5 hours to kill you can get some mediocre food served by staff who obviously don't feel like working as much as talking to each other.
