Jake Hafner's Restaurant & Tavern

I have never heard of this place until my girlfriend mentioned it so we went to try it for our first time. It has a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. We both ordered the same thing (different sauces) wings and garlic fries, they were both excellent. Personally I would've preferred the fries a little more crispy but that's my only complaint! I plan on coming back and trying something different.

I Had dinner there with two friends. Appetizers were delicious. I love that they make there own homade cheese sticks. YUM! . Main course for all three of were delicious with very generous portions of food. ask to sit bye the fire place . You may want to reserve a table bye the fire place ahead of time. You will be glad you did. I highly recommend this place and most certainly will be back.

I really wanted to like this place and support a family owned restaurant. I can’t comment to much on the food as me and wife only got to enjoy an appetizer. ( Which was delicious ) but left after as we couldn’t even get the waitress to come back and take our order. So we left and got lunch up the road at Tully’s.

Just moved to Syracuse in mid-December and Jake Hafner's has become our go to spot. My husband and I love the wings and planks. The burger was great and the steaks are phenomenal. The beer selection is abundant and fantastic. The team is also friendly and very attentive, so far we have been helped by Karen, Jeanie, Michele, Delaney and Josh. Thank you all for great food and fun times!

NFL Thursday night football, BIG SCREEN but no volume??? Who wants to listen to easy listening Soft rock music from the seventies while watching sports? Good Lord
