I take my difficult dog here for grooming and have to say that he gets the best haircuts there of any place I have ever had my dog groomed. I will not be taking him anywhere else now. The groomer is patient, kind, and understanding. Outstanding service! I also buy dog supplies and food here and have never been disappointed.
Everyone is really friendly here. The services are done with care and employees are pet-knowledgeable in all different areas. There are always new reptiles for sale, and some pretty unique ones at that! They also have an extensive aquarium section and sell reptile/amphibian food (like frozen mice, rats, blood worms, brine shrimp, etc.) and aquarium plants. Every once in a while they also have dollar-per-gallon tank sales, which is an incredible deal that I 100% take advantage of for my ud83dudc38ud83dudc38ud83dudc20ud83dudc0cud83dudc0d.
Always a great experience. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Big selection and prices. I never shop anywhere else for my beloved pets.
We bought our adult cats a gorgeous new cat tree that was not even half the cost of other large Pet store chains. Not only was the quality and the price right but we also received top notch customer service. We didn't have to flag anyone down for assistance. We were approached by a young man who clearly was stocking a shelf but saw us looking and kindly asked to assist us and ended up carrying the tall cat tree all the way to our vehicle. He was friendly. Good products and helpful staff.
So I have been going here for 5 years for grooming of my dogs.. tonight I pickup my dogs and they did not groom them.. I dropped them off said same as last time and I pick them up only to find they look the exact same.. the girl says we brushed there teeth and trimmed there nails and gave them a bath...for 100 bucks.. are you kidding me.. I asked why they didn't cut there hair and all they could say was they were not told to.. ok so there file shows every time we were there they got groomed and today miraculously they dont... when we complained the best we got was we can get you in tomorrow afternoon and charge you an additional 15 dollars... I am done with this business completely unprofessional and a joke!!
