Casey in labor and delivery was absolutely amazing. She has the best bedside manner and there's no one I could think of that could have taken better care of my niece. She made a long day more enjoyable. Casey is truly one of a kind and a very compassionate person. Thanks to everyone in the entire labor and delivery department. Great job and thank you for all of your hard work, it's appreciated.

I was treated like a stray dog. I was given the choice of a pop tart or a old ham and cheese sandwich. I had not eaten in overn23 hours and my sugar levels had dropped big time. My medicine was not given at the right time nor was my pain meds. I was given one glass of water and had to ask for the water container. They were not busy just setting around talking.nI was getting up by myself to go to bathroom. At no point was I ever ask if I needed something.nI ask for a diet drink and was told we don’t have any. I got out of bed and held onto the rails on the wall and found a wheelchair so I used it. I made my way to the vending machine on second floor because third floor vending did not work.nThey watch me but still remind seated . I got a coke and another snack because I had to throw the sandwich away. Made my way back to my room. About 20 minutes later one of the nurses walked in and removed the wheelchair chair saying this is for someone that might need it. She took it back to the end of the hallway where I used it once again around 5:00 amnI had major back surgery and they made my overnight stay pure hell.nI reported it to the main office there but nothing was ever done.nThis is my first really bad experience here and will be my last because I’ll never used this hospital again.nnI also paid over $800.00 to have the surgery. Then I got my Medicare for the 20 % to be paid. This was paid in June. I received a email back in all caps saying it was put back on my credit card.nnThey have no respect for anyone. I was on 3rd floors

I recently had an outpatient procedure done here and could not have been more satisfied with my care. The Patient Access Department and PAT were very professional and caring. The OR team, Anesthesia Providers, PACU and Surgeon were all very exceptional! All precautions were in place due to COVID and I felt very safe being a patient here!

My wife recently had two breast biopsies and surgeries performed at this fine regional hospital. The surgeon was Benjamin Stivers, whom we highly recommend, and all nursing staff were patient friendly, and very professional.nAll citizens living in this hospital’s regional area should feel good knowing their health needs and concerns will be met with excellence.

It was fast paced! Everything was done on time I was out with in an hour! They were all great and polite to me! Luke is the man on night shift! He was outgoing and super helpful. He will cheer you up at all costs!
