Outback Steakhouse

Excellent service, our lovely lady waitress was so patient with our family of 6. Very fast, knowledgeable, attentive, and the food was extremely delicious. From blooming chicken to rib chicken combo, to steak to all american yummy burger.steakhouse mac and cheese absolutely amazing. Bread and salads fresh and excellent. Thank you for an awesome experience. We will be back :)

Amherst Outback. Roseann the hostess went above and beyond to make sure we where taken care of. Olga made sure we had everything we needed. Brittany took great care of us. My friend and I are in the F&B industry. Your team took fantastic care of us. Brittany gave us such good service. My friend and I both said to eachother that we have not had service like that in along time. I had to write it down for that reason. Cheers to good service all the way around

Pretty terrible overall. Steak was not cooked proper, tasted off. Asked for medium rare and for medium done. The steak was dry, rubbery, chewy, and under-seasoned. For a steakhouse, failing every aspects of what makes a steak good is just not a good sign. Salad was disgusting also. It was not fresh, was rotting away. Didn't touch it. Bread was hard as rocks. The Blooming onions were oily and the skin comes off when trying to remove from the bloom. Interior was undercooked. Service was decent. Nothing special. When a steakhouse fails at everything and the competition is priced competitively, I don't see why anyone would choose to go here. Please save your money and appetite, go somewhere and spend it better. Overall, worse steakhouse I've been to.

We waited a while because it was Valentine's Day. Great communication on our table wait, they texted and called. Our server Erica made us feel welcome and gave us good suggestions for our order. After the kitchen unfortunately lost our order, the manager gave us an unprompted compensation. Meal 10/10, service 11/10.

Avoid this outback location. I placed an order for a half rack of ribs to be delivered. Not only do they charge a 7$ fee for delivery which I am totally ok paying for the convenience factor, but I also tipped 20%. The food came very quick which is a plus, but they only delivered 4 ribs. I called the location to confirm that a half rack consists of 4 ribs only and they confirmed that is correct. If you look all over their website all of their racks of ribs have easily 12 to 13 bones. That is insane to pay almost 5$ a rib. I believe this experience is only related to this location and not outback as a whole. I would highly discourage ordering from this location, 30$ total order for 4 ribs a complete rip off.
