This is consistently the slowest drive thru branch. With Covid rules barring walk-in it’s unbearable.

Came here to cash my check and to take money out my account. The tellers were fast, and at first nice. But when my teller needed an override for the large amount I was requesting. The lady who came over to assist ; Made me feel like I wasn’t worthy. She looked at my check twice as if she’s couldn’t believe it. Then the teller had to tell her twice, That I did in fact have the money available in my account. After the lady finished and left, the teller became standoffish and short. I finished my transaction and left . When I got in my van I cried. I don’t know what I did to be treated like that. Over all it’s a nice location and Very fast bank. But I guess this just teaches me, to stay in my community. Because other communities may not be too welcoming.

My favorite key Bank in this area! Everyone is friendly. Always in and out! ATM always works! I feel safer here at night because it's in Townawana! My hands are cold so I misspelled the town. Lol. Please like my photos and reviews. You'll help me to get my rewards up!nThank you so much!

Drove out of my way to find ATM broken. No way to get to inside ATM.
