Always personable and friendly customer service.nI have problems have my account but when I go too the North Delaware location I get the most help to the best of their ability. ud83dude03ud83dude03ud83dude0eud83dude0e

A personal friend of mine had a very bad experience at this M&T Bank location. He did nothing wrong. After he was done with drawing some money out of his account he was just talking to a few of the employees. Nothing more. One of the employees accused him of harassment and making false accusations against him which were not true. Do not do business with this bank. Then M&T Bank closed his account for no good reason. Even the police stated that he did nothing wrong. This M&T Bank location definitely needs new management.
