Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

I never liked this bank, I just happen to have a A.A.A. credit card and it is thru Bank of America. I always pay at the drive thru, which takes over five minutes and I'm the only car there, under staffed and rude. With the change of hours do to the virus, opens at 10:00 was there at 11:00 they where totally closed, couldn't even get to the ATM. Crazy. At least I could have put my check through the ATM to pay . Worse than that there were other people there who could not get into the vestibule to get money. The next closest ones are about 4 miles away. I'm cutting my card when I get home, I have my trusty Key Bank card Now that's a great bank. Plenty of locations and drive up ATMs. Just looked up the B.O.A. hours on my phone, it's closed. All thru next Tuesday that's as far as it went. I believe they are close forever.heard that from asource at another bank.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews on things because I know everyone has bad days but I went in there for the first time and the Woman was extremely rude to me. I will not be making an account here ever.

My experience in this branch was unfavorable. Normally I go to the Buffalo-Elmwood branch who know me and are quick to process certified checks efficiently. For whatever reason, this task was extremely difficult for this teller to execute. It took forever and the teller made me feel guilty for making the request for multiple bank checks since she seemed overwhelmed with the task at hand. Because she was slow, negative and inefficient, a line formed as if it were my fault, not hers! She also made me go through hoops to withdraw my own money because some identification information was not present in their own account (again not my fault that this was never originally taken). Just an odd and unfriendly exchange for an otherwise very basic and normal bank request. Banking shouldn’t be this difficult. Not a fan of this branch nor teller who clearly doesn’t enjoy her job!

The staff memberd work exceptionally hard here. Steven, the manager, went way out of his way to fix a headache hold on my account quickly and efficiently.

Nice clean bank, desperately needs a drive up ATM. Parking is very limited in the front where the current ATM is.
