Chase Bank

for 20 years this branch was excellent. for the last 2 years with many new staff, they are outright obnoxious. the manager is fresh and other than the older women I have known for many years, the staff is arrogant. In addition I am being overcharged on my debit card. since Covid 19 nobody answers any of the 800 numbers, so I just went to my branch to dispute a charge and absolutely nobody would help me. one person said they're waiting for an appointment and the other 3 are just doing nothing. I'm beyond upset. the app is not letting me dispute a charge either. I'm considering moving everything to another bank.

Manager of the Branch Mr Ray and his coworkers except bank tailors are all had attitude and bad customer service. I use so many branches but that branch manager is the worst. He acts like he is trying to help you but back hand does nothing especially when you have problem . Anyone can be good just doing regular transactions, but helping when problem arises is the time shows how much efficient, honest and expertise you have helping customer which is zero at that branch. I will never recommend anyone to deal with that branch only because of that manager.

Terrible service. Needed a large withdrawal and 2 haughty ladies told me they could only give me something worthless. Didn't even address me or look at me just gave me the back of the hand response. Had me drive around to another bank. Skip this branch at all costs!

Terrible customer service , very unprofessional and slow .
