I went in opened up a account. She was friendly and knowledgeable had smile on her face the whole time. Fast service different options in and out.
Closed 2 of 3 branches in Somerset. Wait in line over an hour everytime
This review is about the branch, not their services: I’m not trying to be rude, or “that guy”, but frankly this place is not super great. Never enough tellers and the ones they do have are generally busy talking for ages. I get being nice to clients but when a line of 4 people all have to wait over 30 minutes in a small bank it’s kind of silly. There are more people waiting than the guy/girl you’ve been talking to about their day for half an hour.nnAs I’m writing this review I’ve been in line for 20 minutes already with 3 other people with more queueing up behind me. The line hasn’t moved. At all. If you can bank here without coming in, trust me, do that.
I bank there. Very nice and friendly. Always there to help you if you need.
Although I haven't been here recently, all my previous visits have been exceptional.
