Service here isn’t bad, it’s nonexistent. My girlfriend and I walked in and stood by the door for about 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. There were about 5 tables sitting at this time so to say the place wasn't busy would be accurate. There were as many employees as there were customers so the service was inexcusable. There were also empty tables that they could have seated us or the other couple standing next to us who also seemed to be enjoying their time in solitude while we waited to be acknowledged. Once we were seated in what seemed like the amount of time it took to build the pyramids at Giza the experience got even more unforgettable. We ordered two drinks, because ya know, 2 people. They brought one cold “hot” toddy and never brought the other drink. So yes, we received 50% of our order. Once this happened we were ready to leave as at this point we had been here for the better part of a day. We eventually got the check with all of the items on it and instead of arguing we paid as we knew it would have taken at least 3-5 business days for anyone to come attend to the issue. I cannot understand any good reviews of this place. They need a lot of work with service. Although this may come across as a joke, it is, in fact, not.

Beautiful place, but good lord is it ridiculously expensive. 15 bucks for five chicken wings (granted they were delicious). A 23 dollar cheese board that had maybe 2 dollars of cheese and crackers which was not very good. 15 dollars for a rum and coke. This is a little podunk town, so I don't know where these prices are coming from. Avoid unless your a doctor or attorney.n.

Really cool space and drinks were Delicious. I gave 5 stars because the place is new and it has potential, however, the food was a little MEH. Maybe an off night. Was excited to just be able to get a drink and sit late night during the pandemic. We ordered the $16 hot dog and expected to be blown away. Wasn't. Burnt bun and just slapped together. The pate was an almost. The presentation on both was lacking. I did go in the last hour, so I am giving it a pass, but more attention needs to be given to details especially in a boutique place like this.

$25 for a sad flattened over cooked chicken breast. Go for the pastries, stay away from the meals. I really want to like this place(the ambience is great), but they obviously think they are located in a different city. And to be clear, even if they were in NYC I would still be offended by their price points.

We went in person to ask about reserving dinner and the hostess turned us away, telling us to do it online — so we did. We reserved a time slot. Hours later, we were rejected. We tried the next day and found a 5:30pm slot — hours later, we were rejected once again. When we followed up in person at the restaurant, they said they were booked full. I don’t know why they make it so difficult. They turn guests away to check an online tool and that tool doesn’t even work. We eventually gave up and will never try again. I’m from NYC, not even restaurants here are this pretentious.
