If you have a normal breed of dog I expect that the team will be good. My Tibetan Mastiff was a first for them and the first visit when he was 3 and a half months went well. The second he fought them so much they didn't trim his nails (the main reason I sent him there) the third and final visit he bit them both and they suggested I sedate and muzzle him before his next visit.nnMy not quite 6 month old puppy is 80 pounds and growing. They knew this. There is no reason for my pup to bite anyone unless he's provoked. He has never bitten hard enough to draw blood, even with his puppy teeth. What did they do to him for that reaction? He's been showing signs of being traumatized since we brought him home.nnI went with this team because they are so close. I've already chosen my next groomer and will be giving these a wide berth. Proceed with caution.

My dog Monty is a jerk. We were too afraid to take him in anywhere as he has bitten my wife and I while we've tried to groom him ourselves.nnHowever, due to it being winter (and being a maltese mix), Monty got matted pretty bad and we really needed to get those knots out and we just couldn't do it ourselves this time.nnWe were completely straightforward and informed the Orchard Park Pet Spa that Monty was aggressive, yet they took him in with open arms!nnThey were able to groom all of Monty's matts off and even gave him a bath afterward!!nnI am so thankful for them helping Monty (and letting us keep our sanity!)nnGoing forward, we will be bringing both of our difficult dogs in as they do such an amazing job!!!nnI've already recommended them to a friend who has an appointment on Tuesday for her fussy fur child and I'm super confident they'll be a great fit for her as well!

Love this place! Even under the new ownership they make sure to take of my pup and his anxiety over bathing and drying. Talked to him the entire time like he was an other person making sure to ease him.nnMade sure to inform me of all the product he used and what to expect over then next few days. And the pricing I believe was extremely fair when it came down to how much effort they put into cleaning and pampering my pup.nn%100 recommend this place for anyone that has reservations about letting someone bathe and pamper their pooch.
