Elma Towne Grille

Oh come on! I was recommended this place by a few friends so I gave it a try a few weeks back. I should have read the reviews first.The workers here are incredibly rude. What kind of “family run” business is this? Terrible! When someone asks for a slight modification to their order, I don’t expect to receive eye rolls and nasty looks. Manager was incredibly rude. Will absolutely not come here again. Shameful!

I have NEVER left a bad review anywhere in my life. However, I felt compelled to do so this time to prevent future customers from Being BELITTLED, DEGRADED, and severely mistreated. The people who work clearly should not being dealing with the public. On top of the unbelievably bad customer service, the chicken was chewy! As a newcomer to the south towns I expected a more friendly vibe from the Townspeople. I am very much disappointed and underwhelmed.1 star.

I had the homemade goulash. It was DELICIOUS. The best i ever had and a substantial serving.

Ordered food off of the catering menu and this was fantastic food, packaging and the delivery person was great !! Price included everything we needed and more !! Highly recommend the Elma Towne Grill ! I forgot to mention they were on time to the minute and we live in the sticks ...the food was very fresh and very hot ! Side note...I'm in no way affiliated with ETG and I never give reviews but we were so happy with everything that I had to review this.
