I moved into the Town of Poughkeepsie this Jan 2021. I needed a Pediatric Doctor for my 6 year old daughter. I called this location for it is 8 minutes away from house. I saw some of the negative reviews on google but I thought I would give this location a chance because of the close proximity of this location from my house. I called to set up an appointment last week. I was disconnected the first call. Things happen, no big deal. I called again and because my daughter was a new patient I was forwarded to the new patient reps line and was disconnected again. I called a 3rd time and I was finally connected to the new patient rep on the line. The new patient rep was extremely rude from the beginning of the phone call. I had an unpleasant experience just calling to set up an appointment. I decided to go to a well know Pediatric Practice in Fishkill that's 28 Minute away instead, highly recommended by a friend. Had a pleasant and easy experience over the phone. Excited about my daughter's 1st appointment elsewhere.

This is the very worst location to take your children to. The receptionist Eileen is very rude. They made multiple appointments for the same vaccination and were not prepared it's snowing it's cold and there are viruses and influenza outside they don't think to call in advance to tell you they appointment is apparently pointless. They aren't taking the health and wellness of our children seriously! I highly recommend you to find another location or just another doctor in general.

All of our paperwork was filled out online. We came early to the appointment. And they said they would not see my daughter. We drove an hour from our house for this appointment. I would not recommend this place at all

One of the Spanish sounding ladies in RECEPTION needs to take a seat in a reception place. Rude & unprofessional.
