Food is Americana steakhouse all the way! Delicious cocktails! 4 stars could have been 5 if front of the house staff were better trained.nOver all a great night out!

I personally found it to be gourmet experience and cozy atmosphere (with a fireplace) for a great price! I ordered off the menu with the $35 meal course and was quite satisfied. I ordered the salmon and it was one of the best I've had. Would recommend for a sophisticated experience with a reasonable price : )

Ehhh... I've been wanting to go here for years especially after all the good reviews I've heard so I finally went this past weekend and I was not impressed. First off, for a 100 year old business I'd expect the decor to be more inviting- it was just a room with nice windows, a fireplace, folding tables with linens and a bunch of ships helms. Nothing exciting or welcoming. The staff was odd- men serving who looked like they belonged at a high class wedding and then waitresses with no personalities and extremely short skirts. The bread was stale, the salad was 100% a bagged Dole salad and the cheese was store brought and nothing special. My meal was good but nothing to write home about. Not sure if we went on a bad day or if Covid has had an impact but I'd never go back and would not recommend to family and friends. Many more better restaurants in the Hudson Valley that I'd spend $200 a meal on.

Meals are great and flavorful. Service is excellent. Only thing is there are so many waiters/waitresses standing there while you eat. Feels uncomfortable because of that. It's like they're watching you constantly. Kind of feels like a Steven King movie when you're in there. Besides that, the food is great and great hospitality. 5 stars and will be back

The ambience is rustic and quaint. The food is delicious and the plating was nice. We ordered the filet mignon and short rib. The service is friendly and on point. The menu is just right focusing on fish and meat. A nice variety of drinks and desserts. We ordered the carrot cake and it was different. It was good but not my favorite.
