Just bid not like the food.

One of my favorite restaurants.

usually have good experience at this restaurant but this experience was horrible ! We reserved a table for two at 6:30 for Valentine Day. We arrived on time and was told the wait would be 30 min even though we had reservations. We finally were seated we were put in the back room directly in the middle of the room with very bright lighting . When trying to order our dinner were were advised they were out of the four items that we tried selected, Not just a few but many that we tried to select. No one offered us a drink for the wait or explanation or compensation for the lack of menu items available . Very poor customer service . BO G

We had a great experience at Crew on Saturday January 16th. The service was very friendly and helpful in making meal suggestions.The food was delicious. Crew has an excellent variety of wine and offers several options for cocktails.We had a group of 4 and all of us were very happy and satisfied with our drinks and meals. Definitely will be visiting again.

Great food and great service! The drinks are always excellent too. They're doing a great job of sterilizing tables between customers which is good to see during COVID!
