Applebee's Grill + Bar

Overall good experience, had a wonderful waitress. Although they seemed very understaffed. The burger was good, but didn't bring ketchup or anything to put on it. They were very polite and helpful. I would absolutely go again. They had great presentation and cleaning. I recommend going at least once.

Used to love getting food from here and I'm not sure what happened the last three times we ordered but I think we will steer clear for a bit. Albeit, we had some pretty terrible ribs (rubbery, tough), the manager did make it up to us. However, after that, had ordered a steak that was mainly fat. And the last time, my wife had some really nasty, soupy mashed potatoes. Hopefully it will go back to serving decent food but really disappointed lately.

Service by waitress and hostess are excellent. My complaint was with the unfriendly bartender and the manager Dan. The barmaid didn’t know her red wines and told a waitress to lie to the customer and just say what they wanna hear. The couple took one sip and didn’t like the wine and sent it back. The manager Dan told this bartender in pic to pour in back in the bottle after the DRANK it!!! I watched her take the bottle and 2 glasses of wine into the kitchen. And then returned w the wine bottle. Firstly this is illegal, unsafe, and the days of COVID!!! I will be reporting them to the BOH and Applebee’s Corporate.

I haven't been to this restaurant in over 10 years. The service was great. Jennifer was our server and she was fantastic. She really took care of us. The food was excellent. I had the the Dipper sandwich and my friend had the grilled chicken. The herb mayonnaise was excellent. The broccoli was cooked perfect.

It's open and clean! Food was good. The server worked so hard to make sure we had a good time. The menu has been cut down but that's due to the pandemic. I will go again.
