Hanah Mountain Resort & Country Club

Terrible. I tried to book them for wedding accommodations for my family. I made at least 10 phone calls, where various people stated they would call me back, including the event planner. I finally was able to speak to the manager, who said they don’t take bookings for 2021 until January 1st. I call up first thing January first and turns out they have another event going on the day of my wedding. I don’t understand why they didn’t just say that in the first place, and not continue to waste my time.

Incompetence with an attitude.nThe golf course is in great shape with a beautiful setting. The positive comments end there...nUnfortunately, it is ran by staff and management that don't have a remote understanding of the basics. They have ruined any chance that I have given them over the past 3 years. There has not been a single round of golf without a bad experience. They cannot manage even a weekday, noon tee time. Their attitude, rudeness and mishandling of any normal situation that could happen at a golf course turns what is supposed to be a relaxing and fun round of golf into a miserable day. I have friends & neighbors that have not been able to schedule a tee time over the phone without an attitude from Hanah. When you are at the club in person, forget about a smile, you will be put down like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to play. Several people that I have spoken to have given up on this place and now you can add me to that long list. Something has to change or the change itself will be inevitable for this poorly ran golf course. There are multiple alternatives that are worth the additional 20 minute drive where you can enjoy your round of golf as you would expect.

My previous trip to Hanah was more than 25 years ago and am glad intalked my friends to visit this place for the weekend.nnWhat an amazing experience. Staff at reception were very accommodating .... can only remember Rachael... with her warm welcoming smile with service is memorable.nnThe Golf starters, Rangers at the course were all top notch and extremely friendly and i cant wait to revisit with my friends to Hanah again.

Course was in great shape. Played a 2 day tournament. Had a great time. Well worth the trip.

Gorgeous place, so much to do even on the property. Great restaurant, nice people, amazing views, I had a blast. Also met the owner who got me a beer. Thank you Hanah Resort.
