They were very polite and answered every question I had about cigars since it was my first time and they didn’t try to sell me the most expensive cigar.

Great customer service, was browsing cigars and before I had to ask an employee was already walking over to open the case and give suggestions. Will be back again soon!

Good prices

Good selection of juices and vape products. But you can't sample any or vape inside. Pretty knowlegable staff though and maybe just luck, but lots of winners on scratch off tickets.

Waited in auburn for about 90 minutes for them to open. Online says 7am, no answer and still closed at 8:30, no hours listed at the business. Great first impression.
