Lots of dead fishes in all aquariums made me think of they don't really pay attention to them. I won't buy any fish from this store, they might even be sick and infect my own fishes. Manager should be more responsible i guess.

Friendly staff and good deals. I was able to pick up everything that I needed for my cat in one trip. This location isn't that busy, so the lines were short which meant I got everything done in a good amount of time.nnThey have a good selection of products at reasonable prices.

I have been taking my dog here for grooming for a year but I had a bad experience on my last visit. I had an appt that the groomer canceled day of and rescheduled for the next day. I arrived for my appointment and the groomers were busy and I gave them some time. For half an hr I walked around the store checking back to see if the groomer was ready and nothing. The manager and a worker walked past me several times never asking if I needed help. Another woman was there doing the same but I think she was picking up her dog. In walks a woman with her 2 dogs and the manager walks back and goes in the grooming room comes out and immediately ask her, how can I help you. The optics on this was really bad because myself and the other woman waiting were women of color while the person with the 2 dogs was not. But how do you see 3 people standing by the grooming station and not simply asks who was next? I called the groomer and told her I was there and was leaving. She totally forgot she waved to me and motioned she'd be with me in a minute. Between the half hr wait and actions of the manager I'm done and will take my business elsewhere.

Every time I go there I have a positive experience. Associate's are always friendly. But I went to the location in Union on Friday December 11 of 2020 and it says their temporarily closed. So these business hours are incorrect. My advice to anyone planning on going there is to call the store and make sure their open for business. I checked on google it said they were open and closing at 9pm that day. I got there a little after 7:30pm
