Shake A Paw Union

My partner and I have been looking to add a new dog for about 3 years and it was so hard to adopt a small dog from a rescue/shelter due to Covid/Communication.nWe visited the Union store just to see what dogs might be available to adopt and met with Antonio H. who was very patient with us during the 2 weeks of communicating with him.nI was very hesitant to purchase a new dog since my partner and I both believed in adopting from a shelter/rescue.nAntonio did not work as a salesman on selling us a new puppy, at all. Antonio was very patient & actually spent time answering our questions both in person & by phone. If he promised he would call back, he did. Antonio even helped us during the finance process as I we was just exploring options.nOn 1/30/21 my partner and I walked out with our new Yorkshire Terrier puppy.nYes we have a new addition to our family after all this time. Thanks to Antonio he helped ease the concerns my partner and I had both separately & together. We are in day 2 with our new Pup and have ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS AND VERY THANKFUL.nAntonio made it possible to make the right decision after searching to adopt for 3 years!!nThanks Antonio!!!

We had a great experience at Shake a Paw in Union! The facility is immaculate and all of the puppies are happy and well taken care of. We felt very confident getting our puppy from this establishment. Our salesperson Michele was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the breeder, as well as about our particular puppy and the store’s procedures and policies. She took her time to answer all of our questions and to help process the financing. We did not feel pressured at any time and took our time to meet our puppy, ask questions and be sure of our decision. Our puppy came home happy and healthy and ready for her new family. Thank you Shake a Paw and especially Michelle for helping our sweet little puppy find her furvever home!

Shake a Paw is a great establishment and Christie represents them extremely well. From the moment we placed the phone call to inquire about the dogs, Christie had such an interest in providing us information. At the store, Christie was very patient giving us all the time we needed to make a decision. They close at 8:00 and we didn’t leave until almost 10:00 pm. If I could give Christie a 10 I would. Today we took home 2 adorable Cavapoo puppies (still to be named). I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Bianca was so helpful as we explored the best type of puppy for our lifestyle coupled with our desires. The thoroughness with which she walked us through the process from selection to walking out the door was exemplary and greatly appreciated.nFrom beginning to end we were treated with kindness and most of all patience. Bianca helped us pick out all the essentials and a few “extras” for our new fur babies.

We had an AMAZING experience today. We walked into Shake and Paw just wanting to see what kind of dogs were there. Once we arrived, we were immediately helped by a WONDERFUL woman named Bianca. Bianca gave us some basic information about how the store was run and what kinds of dogs they have. We were so excited that she allowed us to meet with two dogs in the play room. She gave us so much time to play withe baby that we liked (we ended up getting). We must've spent 30 minutes-45 minutes playing and she gave us sufficient time to decide on whether or not we wanted to take her. Eventually we ended up going through with the paperwork process (super easy). She took us around the store giving us Delilah's menu description and other things that we needed to know. It was such a huge relief and blessing because we had no idea. Bianca literally made the experience so amazing for us. She really has a passion for her job and does it so well. THANK YOU BIANCA!
