This Petco has the best staff compared to others!! I went in yesterday and last week and the same man helped me (forgot his name, he was tall with long hair) and he was SOO helpful and informative in helping me find what I needed for my dog. He provided the best service and was very educated and knew the products well!! Highly recommend this Petco ud83dude4cud83cudffd

Had a great visit today to grab everything I needed for a fish tank. Unsure of the name of the very kind young man that helped me the ENTIRE time and explained everything perfectly and slowly to me. Everything was great until reaching the check out. Long story short, “Jessica” was one of the rudest front end associates I’ve probably ever encountered, and I’ve experienced many rude people as being in the restaurant industry. Laughed in my face multiple times for trying to explain to her I needed the other gentleman to help me with one last thing that I wasn’t going to re explain to her since he had already helped me with everything else. She continued to be unnecessarily snotty and laugh as I was leaving as well all because I wanted to wait for the man. Safe to say I will not be returning to this store.

We are fostering a Kitten and needed Kitten food. I don't want to buy full cases as I don't know what she likes. Also, I don't know how long she will be with us.

Not the friendliest of encounters while picking up my online order. Very low energy and disengaged team.

Customer service was excellent. We came in to buy fish. The sales girl was very friendly and knowledgeable.
