If I could have given no stars for this review I would have. We booked an appointment for my granddaughter 4 months ago her foot was slightly turned and we noticed it our pediatrician told us to go see an orthopedic regarding it they could not fit us in sooner than 4 months but they were very nice and said for us to call them and if any cancellations came in they would fit us in. We called every 3 weeks hoping that something had canceled because my granddaughter's foot was getting increasingly worse and her leg was starting to turn my three-year-old granddaughter was now tripping over her foot when she ran in falling. We kept calling to no avail. Finally yesterday our appointment was here the night before we received a voicemail canceling our appointment. We were Furious and call them first thing in the morning so ask them why are appointment was canceled. I spoke to Teresa in the Neptune office she told me the manager wasn't in and she would try to help me. She told me that they would no longer accepting my Horizon New Jersey State Insurance because they weren't being paid by them because they did not have the correct credentials. I asked her how long ago did they find out about this. She told me they found out one month ago but with telling the patient as they got up to them because there were so many and they couldn't keep up. I was infuriated telling her that my granddaughter was falling constantly and it would have been nice if they'd let me know sooner about this problem. She blamed Robert Wood Johnson because they do their billing. She told me that she would put a star next to my granddaughter's name and as soon as this was cleared up we would be one of the first to get squeezed in for an appointment. I was very upset but there was nothing I could do. I interned posted about this looking for another orthopedic to bring my granddaughter to. Someone posted that they did accept Horizon family plan and that she had called today and booked an appointment for her child and they said there was no problem that they were still taking appointments for existing patients but no new patients. I was again infuriated and call their office to tell them what happened. They told me that they were seeing follow-ups for free that they weren't being paid buy Horizon for this but they will follow up so they had to see them anyway. We got in touch with the girl after I hung up who said this was not a follow-up appointment it was a new appointment. They are disgusting group to do that to a patient and I wouldn't recommend these so-called doctors to anyone no regard at all for a little girl who's falling over her feet. I wish I didn't have to even give them one star but it doesn't allow you to leave a review unless you do

I love this place! I have been taking my kids here for 5 years and never had a problem. Sometimes the wait may be a little long once you are there, but at least they get you an appointment within a few days, instead of weeks like most other places. Staff and doctors are great and they take their time with your child. Going to miss this place when we move.

Born with Bi-Lateral clubfoot. Dr Bowe did my 2nd and 3rd surgery’s and definitely helped me progress my life from severe clubfoot, and I have not had any negative complications. Dr Bowe is a great doctor, he is safe, considerate, and very educated. Without his counseling and help I would not be able to join the military as I am today.
