Stay away from this provider. The first issue i had was that my counselor continued to cancel appointments last minute. This happened on numerous occasions but i stuck with them because i really needed the therapy due to my anxiety. They are VERY unprofessional. My second issue: i had an appointment scheduled and due to an emergency I could not keep my appointment. I called the number on file and could not get in touch with anyone to cancel/postpone my appointment ahead of time. I searched EVERYWHERE for a different contact and could not find anything. I was charged the $75 fee for the missed appointment. I tried explaining the reason as to why I couldn’t make the appt and was told by the counselor that there was nothing they could do for me. Horrible experience.
