Will be switching banks to another. First when I opened my account it took two weeks to set up online banking because someone was on vacation and I had to keep calling. Then today AFTER asking a teller 2 weeks ago what I needed to have name changed on account then found out today they gave me incorrect information and was told tellers don't know because they don't deal with it.
