When I called for an appointment and upon arrival, receptionists were very accommodating. Once there, the doctor was friendly and extremely professional. My father went to the same doctor who diagnosed him with a blocked arteries. He was immediately sent to the hospital and underwent a triple bypass. Had it not been for these doctors, my father would not be here with me today.

The scheduling here is very unorganizednThey do not stick to schedules. They first put you on a schedule which then gets cancelled only to reschedule.There do seem like they do not have enough experts to address the patient needsnnPractice should look to put the patient first.nThe staff need to work closely with the doctors

I went in for a stress test and left out bruised, in pain and uncomfortable. Before having the test was told not to apply any lotion or oils and wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. I followed those exact rules. To start the test I was told that I she had to use some sort of hard like sand paper to scratch at my skin to ensure that the device monitored correctly with out falling off. I feel like she was overly forceful and lacked knowledge of it actually goes. After she feared away at my skins she applied a cold compress of some sort and attached the monitors, I asked it was supposed to burn. Her response was shallow and unconcerned. So this happen all of the time, and that is not ok. I have scratches and burn makes all over my chest, it stings every time water touches it. I can not understand why they feel like this is ok.

There’s a super rude receptionist named Kim. She’s not professional over the phone or in person. I was calling for an appointment and she had a nasty attitude and hung up on me.nnShe’s also very unprofessional in person. I don’t know how someone so rude can work in a doctors office to receive patients.nnThe doctors are okay. Dr. Karla is very nice, but the wait time and rudeness of the front desk staff (mostly Kim) makes everything unpleasant.

both my husband and I have been seeing Dr Kalra for several years and couldn't be happier. The office is clean and bright, the staff is more than ready to help with any problems, and the wait times have always been no more than 15 minutes, tops. This practice has a variety of specialists and is prepared to do their best to make your visit an informed, pleasant one. Don't know who those naysayers were referring to, but we have nothing but praise for this group.
