They never pick up call or respond to voice message , worst service.

Had an appointment at 3:15PM have been waiting in the waiting room since 2:58PM while atleast 3 different patients went ahead of us when 3:15PM came despite them coming at the same exact time as we have, as well it seems they're just pick and choosing whoever goes in despite set appointments time not mattering, finally got at 4:37PM very disorganized and unprofessional.

We waited in the waiting room for over two hours and watched people who came in after us go back. We also have to pay for parking. Would not recommend

We recently switched insurance providers and unfortunately had to change the girls' pediatrician after 15 years of wonderful care. Dr. Lerner of the Rutgers Health Group came highly recommended by our family. We had our very first visit today, and it was amazing.nnWe were able to check in a week prior online before we arrived; the location has plenty of parking and was easy to find. We had to have our temperatures taken before entering the building as a covid precaution, and even behind the masks, the staff members were professional, helpful and friendly.nnThere were hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere, and a very beautiful and clean waiting room with a huge TV. It was very comforting to be in a clean place with my kids during this time. We rarely leave the house, and I was relieved to be safe. (It was cleaner than MY HOUSE in there! LOL)nnFinally, as for Dr. Lerner himself, he exceeded our very high expectations. Dr. Lerner and his colleagues took their time getting to know me and my girls. He addressed issues that their old pediatrician had not, and we came up with goals and strategies to improve the girl's health. It feels nice to know that we have a great pediatrician; any parent knows how important that is. I'm so happy with the care we received at Rutgers Health today with Dr. Lerner.
