Its very sad when people in the medical field show no respect for the well being of others. I tried to make an appointment to have my mammogram done. I spoke with Monica who told me to get my records from breast surgery with the disc. I hand delivered the medical report and disc to Veronica. She said it was a lot to read but someone would call me back to make an appointment. I mentioned to Monica I am having soreness and pain in my breast the one where I had the lumpectomy.. It has been a month now and no phone call not even to say we are reviewing your records. I have called left messages. The voicemail is always on even during work hours. Well enough red flags. I thought when Palisades joined with Hackensack the services would have improved. Breast cancer is a very serious. I pray the services here will improve for the community. From my experience I rate them a one. Very unprofessional.

Please avoid this place at all costs. I strongly and firmly believe that Dr. Armina Eana was the reason for my wife and I's miscarriage. She was completely unprofessional and rude by talking down to us because we are Medicaid patients. She asked us why we don't have jobs and why we are not working, and if so, when we would be working. Little did she know that we are Ivy League students and also in between jobs as we just relocated. She was more concerned about our income status and source of health insurance than she was for our health. Dr. Eana, when speaking, continually cut us off and did not let us finish any sentence. She would rudely interject and talk over us. Seriously? She prescribed my wife medicines to induce abortion (since we had a miscarriage, which I strongly feel is due in some part to her negligence), and never followed up. I emailed and called her multiple times afterwards since we had severe complications and a potential infection, and she never responded. I even got notifications that said that she read my emails, still no response though. Other people from the Palisades Women's Group followed up with us, for some reason she disappeared! Fortunately Dr. Liriano and Dr. Escobar were kind enough to help us, who were very nice and understanding. Do NOT believe the reviews of Dr Eana on Hackensack Meridian Health or Zoom Doc -- notice that you CANNOT leave YOUR OWN reviews on that site, they are all obviously fake with really poor grammar. They must be paid reviews.nnPlease, any women and couples, if you are pregnant, do anything except see Dr Eana. She will treat you like you and your baby are disposable. If you are on Medicaid, she will discriminate against you. Her care recommendations were cross-examined by other doctors outside of the clinic, who were all aghast at her treatment plan. I don't think she is qualified to serve patients as her people skills could not have been worse.

I wish I wasn’t so far into my pregnancy, I’d switch drs so fast. I haven’t felt taken care of this whole time, I’m 33 weeks. All of my appts feel rushed. I don’t feel heard. Instead I always leave feeling unsatisfied and bullied. I’m now worried about what my birthing experience would be like at the hands of these doctors.

Dr.Eana is an excellent doctor. She explained everything in detail. The nurse and the girl in front are so nice. You need an Ob/Gyn come here!

Horrible experience!! Worst service.nHoboken is a little bit better but overall skip the attitude and bad service and go elsewhere. Front desk has such a disgusting attitude both over the phone and in person as if going to a gynecologist is not uncomfortable enough they make you feel 10x worse. If you’re expecting a happy/ welcoming front desk don’t even bother because you will not even get half of that. The 2 good doctors that worked there have left as well to work elsewhere so go figures that should have a lot to say as well. If I could give zero stars I would!
