Robongi Sushi Wok & Grill

I visit this unique place every couple of days since I enjoy the special air that is characterizes this place. The crew is very helpful and qualified. The service is very fast. Also, the food they serve is outstanding. I visited often and I was never disappointed. The payment is decent. I suggest this place to to all.

I used to love this restaurant, but not anymore.nGood news - it is very safe.nBad news - food is not as good, and service in cheap disposable containers and plates feels awful. At least get nicer plates!nLovely tea is replaced with tepid water and Lipton teabag - for $3 a cup give me at least Yogi, or something drinkable.nHope it recovers after pandemic

Terrible terrible terrible! I ordered from seamless and my order took over 2 hours. I called the restaurant 3 times and they could care less about my order, they kept repeating to me that the driver is 10-15 minutes away each time. I called seamless help and since they do not use the delivery drivers through seamless they could not refund my order. Also the restaurant did nothing to help me with my order , they refused to give me a refund and were very disrespectful! I do not suggest ordering from this restaurant, the Hoboken location is much better.nnUpdate - they never delivered my order and when I tried to call I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. So they did not deliver my order even though when I called they kept telling me my food was 10-15 minutes away? This is absolutely ridiculous and they will not give me a refund. They decided to lie and say my order was on the way when they only took my money and decided to not deliver my food. What a classy establishment.

Tried this place already with my friend and I am hooked since then. I like the fantastic vibes and tasty dishes and drinks. Highly recommended.

The food was great. Fresh fish, good portions, good selection. Ambiance is okay to good. A bit of a bar feel, not very cozy but not a dump. Located in the ferry vestibule, you're occasionally treated to the ferry horn. I would not bring a date here, but could be good a family or a business lunch/dinner.nnThe worst part was the service. Servers were inattentive, didn't know the menu, with uncoordinated dress code, so it was difficult to figure out who works there. We were seated, but with no menus, and had to wait and ask for them. When menus were brought out, they were wrong (weekday menus on the weekend). I get it, they are probably paid minimum and they don't value their job, but it detracts from the experience, and from the excellent job that the cooks are doing.
