Odabro African Restaurant & Lounge

I dine in this place quite often! This is my favorite spot to dine. I visit this spot at least once a month. The meals are excellent, the staff members are polite and the rates are reasonable. I enjoy being in this restaurant over a tasty dinner.

It was ok, but they messed up my cow heel dinner. They put some fish in it I was mad it ruined the dish. [ Re-review the cow heel fufu amazing best dish from any African restaurant I have had in Essex county. ]

The lounge is pretty well put together with the lighting, ambiance, and dance floor. There's ample seating even when this place gets crowded. It's nice that you're able to get take out in the back. The goat head is great!

I'm Dominican in love with African food and I was really craving for a good Jollof rice, but this place made the worst Jollof I ever tried. They had a terrific customer service last night too. I made the order and the guy told me it would be really in 20 minutes, but I had to wait almost an hour even though I called ahead before getting to the place, but still they didn't have my food ready. I did a long ride to taste their food based on the reviews and I got so disappointed. ud83dude1e I gave one star bc the goat was decent enough to eat it. Also, please do not use their restrooms!!!! ud83dudebb

RIP OFF! I ordered three items Jollof rice (good)which is suppose to come with a meat (didnt) just plaintain, Goat which was tuff and had 7 small chunks,and beef which was good! We paid $40 for these small containers!! i was expecting a bigger pan of food!! Very disappointed..i smashed the jollof rice thats not the portion they provided!
