I brought my cat here for a grooming and Carol was wonderful. She managed to groom my cat who was less than thrilled to be there. My cat made it very difficult for Carol, but she was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure that my cat was comfortable at the end of the day. THANK YOU CAROL.

Love Petco! I go there on a rainy day to check out the fish, Guinea pigs and reptiles with my 2 year old and we pick out a toy or treat for our kitty. Reasonably priced, clean, well stocked, nice staff.

Store is clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. They take excellent care of the animals that are for sale. It did say online that they sell cats and dogs that need to be adopted but when I got their there were no cats or dogs in-store. Only fish, reptiles, hamsters and mice, and about 10 birds. I really wanted to adopt a dog and just would hope that they can update their website. Otherwise great place!

I love both the store in Gilford as well as Concord. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Concord tends to have larger selection of accessories. ud83dudc15

Nice employees that are knowledgeable about different types of animals including hamsters, mice, birds, and fish. I just went there to see the cats and dogs that need to be adopted. Their website states they have cats and dogs but they do not. I would recommend they keep their website updated.
