Nice place to buy comfortable shoes

Was looking for tTrue Timbetr off road crocs which they do not carry. Needed to order else where.

Nasty experience, two women who were working at the Merrimack outlets were the rudest people. First my check out lasted 15 minutes because they stated my card was declined when in fact the purchase did go through and I have to go through a dispute, especially in a time like this my money is pretty valuable. Also, My girlfriend checked out, then I was behind her line talking to my mom not paying attention, once I got up to check out my total was $150 and she asked if I had AAA we both do, so she didn’t get the discount because of why? She didn’t have a MK purse? Once we said something about them not asking about the discount they stated they were not allowed to ask if we had AAA but then why was I asked? Very rude when they finally did the refund. They then stated out loud that they couldn’t wait until coverage came in to relieve them. We drive over an hour to visit this store but from now on we will be ordering them online rather than dealing with rude people.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. Prices are good too
