Love this store! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They take great care of their birds and truly want to find the best fit for the client and the bird. Great selection of toys, food and cages as well. Highly recommend!

The employees here are super super friendly, and you can instantly feel comfortable once starting to talk to them. All of the birds are so sweet and loving, I have never met a bird there that has had behavioral issues! Ive been going here for around four years! Very trustworthy, and my birds have never had any health problems.

I love every minute of being in this store! The staff is amazing and really know their information about all the birds they have. I got my rainbow lorikeet from them and as a first time bird owner I felt very prepared to take on the responsibility of owning him after talking with them. Not question is to small! They are always so gentle when they clip wings or nails. They are always so nice when you come in and will help you with whatever you need. 10/10!!

I really liked the store and gave them a lot of business, but they misquoted me on a price of the bird which caused my child to get very upset. If they had apologized I would have bought the bird, but instead they basically denied the quote, then criticized my parenting for not wanting to spend 3 times what we were quoted. Finally, the older came out and did say she said the price I heard, but not for the bird I asked about. Too little too late. I don't suggest dealing with them, but if you have to get everything in writing. Their wait-list system is also terrible. Paper lists they can't even read. And to the employee who tried to tell me how to parent, you deserve to feel that way about yourself. Please pick up a book and learn how to be a human.

Excellent selection, friendly staff! Both hard to find in this day and age! Highly recommended!
