Guy by the name of Mike was great. He made sure the no-pull lead was placed properly on her body, and how it should be worn. Very knowledgeable also about leads for training.

The staff is very knowledgeable and it is clear they take great care of the animals they sell. Their selection of fish is fantastic. My husband and i love to come and visit Maxine Macaw and buy food for our gecko.

Love coming here when I'm in the area to get food and other necessities for my dog. Friendly and accommodating, a much preferred place to go rather than big box chain stores that could actually care less about your pet.

The do it yourself dog wash is fabulous! They provide absolutely everything. The room is spotless, with fluffy towels, aprons, dryer, shampoo, even music! You wash your dog, then walk away from the mess! The staff is friendly and helpful; the dog wash is a godsend! Thank you!

Great place for your pets needs. I travel 40 mins just to shop there.
