This was the worst service and food I’ve ever had from a Buffalo Wild Wings. We had to ask for our drinks because they took more than 20 minutes to bring them out. The guy was not professional when he told us our drinks were coming. He had a bad attitude. Definitely won’t come here again. The servers whisper to each other about you then they come to your table with an attitude. Not impressed at all. Casey’s got better wings. The wings were so dry I almost choked on them. Never ever coming back.
The food was good. The service was terrible. We were seated ad ordered promptly, that was great. However, our server took a long time to bring out anything. All our drinks and entrées were served separately. Like, 2 drinks here, 5 minutes later another drink, then another one. Same with the food. My youngest had his 10 minutes before 3 more came out. We finally had to ask the server where the last one was. I don't know if he was new or just flustered or what. I was very agitated by the time we were done.
Brittany and Jessica are very good at their jobs. They are pleasant, responsive, and just all around about customer satisfaction. They make each visit a pleasant experience.
First time at the Bdubs location since it opened up and I can say I was delighted. Brittany was very attentive and didn’t seem like in a rush to get us in and out. Will be back!
The service was awesome. The food was nice and hot. I would highly recommend our server Kara, she did amazing!
