Normally when we come here for dinner we are served by Sam who is an absolute rock star! Always friendly and welcoming!nTonight we had Ian, who was absolutely awesome! He did an amazing job! Love coming here and never a bad experience! High five guys!
I'm constantly surprised that applebee's has good take out. I just mean, most sit down places that try the take out option, you just get soggy/cold food. But take out at Applebee's is always hot and packed really well. Maybe they pack it with love, or something. It's just really spectacular and the hostess is always nice.
This was a really awful experience. We came with the little ones. They have out there kids coloring pages no crayons. That was odd. Then we ordered. I got a steak ordered it medium rare. The steak looked like it had just been cut off the cow. We ordered Mac and cheese that was just plain noodles and sprinkled shredded cheese that haven’t even melted. The server was nice. But never brought the refill for my pop until the 3rd time I asked her. Was told that the steak would be taken off the bill because by the time my steak was done my little ones were done eating. They did not take it off the bill! I know everyone has off days but this was just a really bad experience for me and my family. Especially since going out is a treat not something that we do often. Won’t be back.
Ordered wings, very dry and dark chicken. Came with celery, 2 were full of dirt. Beer didn’t taste right, had no carbonation and tasted old. ordered the half rack of ribs, was very hard, dry, chewy. couldn’t even eat them. will not come back.
My wife and I went here to celebrate valentines day. The service was top notch. The food and drinks were fabulous. We will be going again soon.nPlease don't get rid of the brisket tacos.
