Terrible! Our waitress was incredibly rude, honestly I’ve never had worst service. I was brought some kind of chicken sandwich when I ordered crab legs, The waitress brought out my food and I told her that my order was wrong she huffed grabbed my dish and walked away, I ended up having to ask another waitress if could bring the food that I ordered, she did. Also I never received complementary bread like every other table did. Their food is very over priced for what you receive. I think you will have a better experience anywhere else you go. I highly don’t recommend.

Great food and friendly service. I had the smoked chicken street tacos with black bean corn salsa, they were excellent! You could tell the smoked chicken from their house made BBQ really packed in the flavor, it so much more interesting than your usual chicken taco. We will be back!

We had a great time with our group of 26. From planning the event room to execution, all the staff were awsome to work with. I apologize that I cannot remember everyone's names. Megan, and others in the event office, Jake one of the restaurant managers, and our server Michelle and the young gal that helped her out. All of these folks along with others made our small get together seamless and very pleasant. The food was great, I didn't her anyone say anything bad about any of the entrees, everyone said the meals they chose from the the full menu were good to really good. We truly cannot thank all of you Rockwoods for a great experience and we will be recommending as well as returning ourselves. Thank you for a great evening.

I wold give zero if possible.... I can’t eat regular or GREEN onion on my food or I get extremely sick like constantly vomiting. I asked the waitress if there were any onions on my entree and she said no and it came out with green onions garnished on it. I told her about it and she just told me oh my bad sometimes it comes garnished that way. Personally I’m a server at crave and this would’ve never happened especially if I was paying $20 for the entree I would’ve made it fresh for them because otherwise I would’ve not had a job after that stunt. Plus they barely acknowledge it and the manager told me that it was an accident and the gave me 15 dollars off which was ridiculous. Don’t go there if you have allergy because they don’t care
