Needs help. We came with 12 people (which I called ahead to get tables) there was no signage or anyone that greeted you to tell you where to place your order, where to be seated etc.nSeemed somewhat disorganized. The food, so so for the price point. Ellie was nice.
Sorry to say but food was not at its best. Food arrived cold. Just a meh for my review. Food was way better when it was hy vee grill. Hopefully they go back to the restaurant they were b4 covid.
The food was excellent the atmosphere was very good but sparse as far as people being there the wait staff was very friendly and we got our food quickly
Not sure what happened with the merge of this and the Whalburger but service is terrible. Used to go there every weekend for breakfast but now will not be returning after multiple times of orders being completely incorrect. Was comped for the last one with the manager saying there wasn't an excuse that would be sufficient to explain the errors.
Went in hoping to have a good breakfast. Bought a simple dish for breakfast and when everything came out it was cold. Tasted like the food was made earlier in the day and semi re-heated. Scrambled eggs tasted like a pure, worst $27 we spent.
