Took an hour waiting for the food after it was ordered. And it wasn’t busy at all
Dirty. Floor was littered, by Every empty table ...not very busy. Had to ask for our table to be cleaned. Food was fresh and waiter was very accommodating and polite.
Fast efficient service. Ordered the BOGO boneless wings. Flavor was good, though some of the pieces were quite small. Did get a few extra pieces because of that, though. Also got a side salad, which was good.
On a night that was not very busy. My family waited 45 minutes plus to not ever get our appetizers but then to be brought out all are entres, all of which had cold fries. After we ask about the apps they bring them out right away, and were all cold like they were siting in the window and no one cared to bring it out to us. Also our waitress never came to check on us except when bringing us food so no refills.nAnd beyond all this the food was nothing to note, sloppy generic burgers. I had the cheese curd burger which had curds that had no flavor all grease.
So it's Superbowl night. Was our pickup order late by an hour? Sure was. However it's totally inexcusable the human behavior I saw on display tonight from the customers. You have two options, kindly ask to cancel your order and exit the store OR wait. In no way was the verbal abuse hurled at the employees by my fellow customers okay. Grow up, be polite, and take some anger management classes. Smh
