I have been a client of U.S. Bank for about 10 years.nVery poor confusing and heavy interface in Internet banking.nNot every browser and operating systemnable to handle it.(Programmers forgot to check it.)nnYou will not find such in any bank of the United States.nYou constantly need to think about whether your Internetnbrowser can connect to U.S. Bank Internet banking this timenor not or maybe something else?nOr maybe I need to buy a new computer for $ 2000 to usentheir internet banking?nnOr maybe it needs to be updated again and again?nYou feel insecure, like a person who lives in a room innwhich furniture is moved every day.nHowever, for example, similar problems with WellsFargonnever arise.nIn my opinion, U.S. Bank needs to change their programmersnand not change and constantly update the Internet banking interface.

I can't decide what's worse, I worked for US Bank for 5 years ( it was horrible) I've been a customer for 7 years. I've now been on hold for an hour and a half waiting on a representative for 1.5 hours. My reccomendation if you want a real bank to deal with talk to Wells Fargo. ud83eudd23
