Wings... so good. Mango Habenero goodness.nLove the new serve food as it come up in the window philosophy.. Does well to get hot food. However when you have little ones just be prepared. Our serving staff was great. Neil did an awesome job..
I always order from here because it’s close to where I live, however I don’t recommend going to this location. I constantly have one or a few missing orders when taking out. Just recently, half of my boneless wings orders had no sauce on them. They forgot my celery, carrots, and ranch. Consistently.nnI work at restaurant and I know how it is but where’s their work ethic? They aren’t checking quality or items and for a big franchise, I guess their workers don’t care.nnAlso, they wouldn’t give me a few extra points for missing items nor the quality of chicken. It’s not like I’m asking it for free...nnWOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOCATION.nnI usually don’t write reviews and if I do they are positive ones. But this, I couldn’t pass. Make the extra drive elsewhere.
Update to 1 star. Wow could you guys be any worse, you always get my order wrong. Today you made me wait for 45 minutes past my pickup time for the wrong order. Cashier was NOT wearing a mask and mr manager don’t give up your night time job because customers service is not your strong skill. . Great food. , Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, kid friendly. One downside is they ALWAYS get your order wrong. Been the 8 times and something was missing or we got incorrect food.
My band guys, and I, come here often after rehearsal. I usually get the bone-in wings, with Asian Zing, and Desert Heat dry rub. The Street Tacos are also excellent! Really, everything here is pretty good! The best part of eating and having a few drinks here is that the employees are always so nice, very helpful, very friendly, and so easygoing!
I was skeptical about placing an order from the Blaine location based on their 3.8 review rating, but I'm a risk taker..nI asked for a longer cook time and also extra sauce. They were undercooked and barley had sauce. Its almost as if they purposely did the opposite!nnProbably some immature people working in the kitchen. That also explains why they tape the boxes when you order. They don't want you to see!! Give the jobs to the people that want them!nnI will not be going back to the Blaine location. Crystal BWWs is a better spot!!
